Russian fish salads

The first time this salad fish with rice, I cooked a very long time, the principle "I blinded it from what I had...", just use what was available in the fridge. But it was so successful and  unusual that I repeated it more than once or twice. But only now, decided to share this recipe with you.

Mimosa salad. At the mention of this simple tree, or rather yellowish, small flowers, we are perforce reminded of the spring, the parish and the awakening of nature from hibernation. And the salad of the same name, is also a symbol of lightness and all that accompanies spring. So cook it today, this "ray of bright sunshine", even if the window is frosty cold or the autumn mud.

I'll be honest: The two main components of salad - smoked herring in the amount of one piece and two pickles just happened to be in my refrigerator. Although you can successfully replace them with pickled cucumbers and salted herring easy. The taste of herring salad and pickles, of course, will change much, but still enough to be original and interesting.

Recipe for this classic salad sprat grandmother told my neighbor's birthday party to which I was invited every summer. And though "his legs grow" ever since the Soviet total deficit, when most of the products in cans purchased in advance, "on occasion", and left for the upcoming holiday, this classic salad sprat has not lost relevance today.
