Russian salad fish with rice
Description
The first time this salad fish with rice, I cooked a very long time, the principle "I blinded it from what I had...", just use what was available in the fridge. But it was so successful and unusual that I repeated it more than once or twice. But only now, decided to share this recipe with you.

So, in order to prepare this salad, fish with rice, you (and I'm doing it with "closed eyes") you will need:
• (240 grams) canned fish in oil, such as mackerel,
• 100 grams of rice (in principle, any, but with oblong salad looks much better),
• two medium tomatoes, preferably juicy,
• half a medium bunch of dill,
• sour cream, about 100 grams,
• and salt. That's all, proceed.
Cook hard-boiled eggs (12 minutes after boiling in salted water, then cool them in running cold water), and rice until cooked.
On the tomatoes and make a small shallow cross-shaped incision, cover them with boiling water, and after 15 seconds take it out and cool it down.

Peeled tomatoes cut into half slices,
and eggs – diced (egg slicer to help you).
Fold together all the ingredients (with fish, be sure to drain off all the oil), add sour cream, do not forget a good pinch of salt (or two) and stir. Salad fish with rice is ready, but do not serve it immediately, but ten minutes let it infuse. Believe me, the taste is just richer and more complete.
