Potatoes and meat recipe with photos

Therefore, prepare simple, delicious, and most importantly, quick dinner, which is either a small company, or it is not enough for a few days.

Meat - 300 gr. goulash. It can be any meat or poultry, the essence remains the same, only different is the resulting taste
And potatoes - about 700 grams.
Potatoes cut into several pieces, if large, or, if small, put in a pot entirely, fill with water, put a teaspoon of salt, so as not to seethe, and a spoonful of sugar, that is welded faster and set on fire.
In the cauldron or pan with high sides, pour a little vegetable oil and warm up.
Finely cut onions and carrots and put in a longer hot oil for 3 ... 5 minutes

In the meantime, boil the potatoes. Reduce to a minimum the heat and continue to cook
As we place the meat salt (a teaspoon without top), a teaspoon of sugar and pepper. Stir, reduce to a minimum the heat and cover with a lid. Let stewed in its own juice 15 more ... 20 minutes.
Meanwhile potatoes cooked (check with a knife), drain, put a piece of butter, cover with a lid and again a couple of times shake vigorously.
Meat with salt and sugar and juice allocated tushilos in it, and now it is ready.
Put a portion on a plate, put a number of salty or fresh tomatoes, cucumbers (seasonal)
