Ground beef starts with onions, so one large head cleaned,
very finely chop (but in no case do not grind the blender, otherwise the onion give juice and fry it until Golden brown is no longer possible),

and thirty seconds would be sufficient. Very quickly the dough container is empty and a stack of blinys on the contrary, will increase.
And definitely before frying each pancake (even if you have a non-stick pan), put it on a couple of grams (pinch) butter. And bliny in the stack won't stick, and taste will be much richer.
The center is ready and cooled bliny put some cooked minced meat (a tablespoon will be enough),
