And my family, which is not only the major taster of my cooking, but the most severe critic, strongly contributes to everything new and fresh ideas and their realization. But the kitchen - or rather, to his first self-prepared meals, and got my youngest son.

So, we need two eggs, hard boiled. Therefore:
• Cook in well-salted water;
• After boiling - pinpoint exactly 12 minutes;
• then cooled under running water and clean.
As it turned out then (the recipe is not the son I once read, but I guessed it easily), it was the longest part of the preparation. Besides eggs needed:
• 12 ... 15 medium radishes,
• one large (or two smaller ones) Fresh cucumber,
• Two ... three tablespoons of sour cream,
• and half a teaspoon of salt. That's all.
Radishes cut into thin slices,
and also come with a cucumber,
add salt, sour cream and mix everything.
Eggs are also cut into slices (thanks yaytserezke knife it would be more difficult and not so gently)
and spread around. That's all wisdom, our Traffic light spring salad ready. Serve and eat it immediately, otherwise fresh vegetables simply "will flow."
