Bliny for Maslenitsa in Russia
Description
Bliny is the main dish for Maslenitsa in Russia, and this time I give you even more delicious traditional Russian blini recipe. As well said to my wife, "this recipe I want to start with the end". And all because absolutely always, these custard pancakes on milk, I only eat with condensed milk.
Ingredients
Instructions
As I said I always eqt these bkini with boiled condensed milk. And since almost always try not to buy ready boiled condensed milk, but you can do it yourself, fill pan with water,
and two hours after boiling over low heat under the lid (so the water is not boiled away), "torturing" her. Then leave it to cool for a further six ... eight hours. And knowing my weakness for Breakfast this weekend, do so in advance, "just in case", because custard blini with milk, prepared very, very quickly.
For this simple recipe you will need:
• wheat flour, 250 grams, but it should not be the last, as you may need to add two ... three tablespoons,
• 500 ml of milk, better heat it slightly,
• tall glass of 250 ml of boiling water (it must be very hot because we cook custard pancakes with milk),
• and vegetable oil. And if you have in the Arsenal is a special pancake pan with cover, enough for 50 grams, if not – feel free to multiply this number by two.
That's all, proceed.
Milk, eggs and sugar, beat until the latter dissolved completely, and will noticeably increase in volume.
Add the flour, baking powder, and whisk well again. Dough consistency must be such as goes to the fritters. But if you never did (a very good reason, be sure to try), imagine a thick yogurt, and do the same. To do this, and so you may need those two ... three spoonfuls of flour.
Now pour boiling water ("weld" the dough), and whisk one last time. Ready, it remains only to cook our custard blini.
First one side, on medium heat for fifteen minutes (or a little longer, desired color and saaristotie control themselves),
then turn over and same on the other side.
And so, until you use up all the dough, and you'll get an impressive stack of these very simple blini.
Although they can be eaten with almost everything that you want (even just so, without anything), as mentioned above, be sure to try them with boiled condensed milk. Believe me, you will not regret it.
That's all wisdom, Bon appétit.
