In the summer I try more often to do varied and interesting vegetable dishes. So, today our menu – elementary fan of baked zucchini with sausage-tomato filling. Although as shown, the filling can be any, this is completely a matter of taste and preference.

So to make a fan of zucchini, you will need:
• three squash, preferably thick, but with a delicate skin and small seeds (have to look),
• three large brand tomato of any variety,
• 200 ... 250 grams of boiled sausage,
• a piece of cheese, weighing 100 to 150 grams
• average head of garlic (it needs cleaning),
• mayonnaise, just a little, don't overdo it,
• and a teaspoon of salt. Everything, even vegetable oil when baking, you do not need.
First of all – the "hot part": put to boil the water, and 210 degrees – warm up the oven.
Now prepare all the ingredients for the meals. Tomatoes make a small cross incision, ten seconds pour boiling water, and then easily cleaned with external thick skin.
Then cut out the white pith and cut into thin circles.
With courgettes cut the tail and nose and a cut almost all the way along. Get an impromptu "scallop", which is yet to fill.
