How to prepare a salad of cod liver
Canned cod liver oil (though never saw another), I must admit, I've never loved. But the wife in all forms, from simple sandwiches to elaborate dishes, it doted. And so one Friday evening when half an hour later she had come "tired, hungry and angry" with the work that this week it just "sucked", I decided to make this simple and easy enough rice salad with cod liver oil. And you know what he turned out so delicious that even I tasted it with pleasure.
But this salad of cod liver oil need not only raw foods and ready-made, but something that you have to cook. Namely
50 grams of rice (any which suits your taste)
and three chicken eggs.
Washed (or oiled) rice after boiling cook for ten minutes on low heat, and eggs - twelve. And do not forget to put in a container with eggs teaspoon of salt, so they do not leak, if cracked egg (or eggs), "wormed". And then they have to be cool under running cold water, because they are so very easy to clean.
In the meantime, the two components of our rice salad with cod liver cooked, let us study "cold" ingredients. One medium cucumber mine,
and finely cut.
Average (or two small, were with me) sweet onion to clean,
